Training Programs

Training Programs allow you to schedule Training Cycles for multiple weeks. You can view all published Cycles from the community in the "Browse" tab. Saved Programs will be available on the Training Program Scheduler page.

MacLeod's Tennis Elbow Treatment
This is the treatment described in Make or Break. Wrist eccentrics should be performed twice daily (morning and evening) at around 90-180 reps per day. The total load and amount of resistance must be played with to find the right balance. The load should be "heavy enough to elicit moderate pain". If there is no improvement after 4 weeks something should be adjusted and the program should be tried again. If there is no improvement after 3 months there are bigger issues. The exercises can be performed as in the video or with the forearm resting on a table while holding a book. We are really just shooting for the eccentric movement without performing the concentric movement to reset.
