Training Cycles

Training Cycles are one week long exercise plans. Training Cycles that you have created or saved will be available to all of your Training Programs and widgets. You can also view all published Cycles from the community in the Browse tab.

General Strength Foundation
This is a very unspecific training program that Cristian Dorigatti made for me a while back. It is for building up an overall muscle base with high work low intensity.

2024 Cycle 1
Training cycle focused on my weaknesses mostly being finger strength, shoulder support, and knees. Structured climbing days are introduced as well.

2024 Cycle 2
After having warmed up for a month with cycle 1, I am picking up the intensity for strength training by increasing weight and lowering rep count.

Training while Routesetting
A general basis of strength building while trying to adapt to the toils of a 2 day Routesetting week. All weights listed are in lbs. My hope is to test this for ab 4 weeks, with a deload period at the end, and adjust the plan according to how I feel afterwards.
